Add a shimmery, luminescent effect that changes in different lights with Cosmic Shimmer Luna Paste.  This texture paste can be used to create decorative effects, giving dimension with textured or embossed looks. Perfect to use with your favourite stencil or mask for a bit of shimmer to your projects. 

Cosmic Shimmer Luna Paste is a texture paste which has a unique formulation layering large pieces of mica that give even more shimmer and texture to any craft project. The luminescent effect changes in different lights.  Apply with a palette knife through stencils to create dimension or with a brush to create ultra sparkle paint.
